IIIT Delhi offers M-Tech program in following disciplines-
- IIIT-Delhi is inviting Application for M.Tech in the following areas:
- Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)
- Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE)
- Computational Biology (CB)

Eligibility criteria:
Candidates who want to take admission in IIIT, Delhi in M-Tech program must have following qualifications-
· Candidate should have passed B-Tech/BE with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA in relevant field from any recognized university.
· Candidate should have 60% marks in their 10th and 10+2.
· Candidate must have valid score card of GATE.
Application Fee:
· Candidates who wish to take admission in IIIT, Delhi in M-Tech program will have to pay 350/-Rs for single program, if candidate wishes to apply for multiple program will have to pay 750/-Rs as application fee.
· Application fee will be paid through online only.
Admission process:
Candidates for M-Tech program in IIT Delhi will be selected through following process,
· Application of all candidates will be screened on the basis of their educational background and GATE scores.
· Screened candidates will called for written exam at IIIT Delhi.
· At last qualified students of written test will called for interview. Generally 300 candidates will appeared in this round (160 for CS, 90 for ECE and 50 for CB).
Scholarship:
Eligible candidates will receive scholarship according to GATE scores.
Fees details:
The total fee of M-Tech program in IIIT Delhi is 2.5lac for two years.
